Hand Rolled Truffles
Our hand-rolled truffles are made in the classic manner: rolled from ganache that has been infused with liquors and other gourmet ingredients, then lightly hand-coated with chocolate.

Each truffle is finished by rolling the ganache in dark cocoa, sweet cocoa, cocoa nibs, chocolate vermicelli, sugar and/or nuts. For chocolate lovers, these dense, smooth and exquisite chocolates deliver a powerful and sublime experience to the palate. All of our hand-rolled truffles are freshly made to order.

Artisan Hand-Painted Chocolates
Our Artisan Truffles are made by hand and formed using attractive molds to create a one-of-a-kind chocolate work of art. Each chocolate is beautifully hand painted and/or hand decorated with a unique design. These truffles are singular sensations; elegant works-of-art, guaranteed to stimulate both the eye and palate.
