We found the best hand-made caramel in the United States in the mountains of Montana. After melting the caramel in our kitchen and sprinkling a couple granules of sea salt on each melted round, we take the finest extra-fancy pecans from Georgia and press them into each soft mount of caramel, then the mounds of caramel and pecans are hand dipped in Grand Cru-Single-Bean Criollo Milk Chocolate.
